Mogg.ai is an AI-powered aesthetic analysis and entertainment platform. All ratings, roasts, fashion audits, and bio suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. AI-generated results may be incomplete, inconsistent, subjective, or inaccurate.
3. User Content & Privacy
- You retain ownership of all photos you upload to Mogg.ai.
- You authorize Mogg.ai to process and transmit submitted images as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and operate the requested Service, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- You warrant that you have full rights to any image you upload.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mogg.ai and its operators are not responsible for losses or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated results or interruptions in the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
